The mission of Invest in Children is to mobilize resources and research to promote the well-being of all young children in Cuyahoga County.  We provide a continuum of targeted services, prenatal to kindergarten, for children and their families; build awareness; advocate; and measure our impact.  We aim to achieve equity in access to services and eliminate racial/ethnic disparities in child and family outcomes.

Would you like to help your child have a good start in school?

SPARK Cuyahoga (Supporting Partnerships to Assure Ready Kids)

SPARK is a free in-home program for 3 & 4 year olds to help children learn and practice skills they will need to be successful in kindergarten. Once a month, a parent partner will come to your home with books, learning activities and supplies for you to keep and enjoy together as a family. The parent partner will help you to develop a learning plan for your child so he or she has all of the skills necessary to be successful in school.

SPARK is offered in select communities throughout
Cuyahoga County by Family Connections of Northeast Ohio.
